On behalf of the Canada Club of Victoria, welcome to Melbourne, Australia and we hope that you are enjoying your stay! There are many places in and around Melbourne and throughout the entire state of Victoria to visit (but I am sure you already know that).

Even though you looked forward to coming to Australia and you are enjoying yourself, are you: - wanting to meet up with some fellow Canadians while you are here? - missing the familiar Canadian accent you are so accustom to? - feeling a little home sick and would like to chat with some fellow Canadians - interested in attending a club event but you aren't staying long enough for a full membership?

As previously mentioned, the Traveller's Membership is designed for Canadians who are in Australia (specifically the state of Victoria) for less than 4 months. And the best part about it is, this type of Membership is FREE! Although you won't get all of the benefits of a Full Membership, with the CCV Traveller Membership you will be in direct contact with the club, and you will be notified about upcoming Canada Club Member Events.

How Do You Qualify

It is very easy to qualify for the CCV Traveller Membership. You just need the following:

	You need to be 18 years of age and over
	You must meet one of the following conditions:    (a) Be born in Canada    (b) Be a Canadian citizen    (c) Be married to a Canadian    (d) Be the child of a Canadian    (e) Have served in the Canadian Defense Forces    (f) Lived in Canada for at least 3 consecutive years and still maintain significant ties with Canada
	You will be in the country for less than four months.
	You have access to an email account while in Australia.

That's it! It is as easy as that!

Here's All You Have To Do

Send an email to the Webmaster and include the following information:

- Your Name - Where in Canada are you from - How long have you been in Australia - Date when will you be leaving Australia

And within a few days, you will hear from us about what is coming up with regards to the Canada Club of victoria.
